The time I built a Trojan
Recently, a number of kits from Kitty Hawk have been released again, which is good news to say the least. When they came out, I built quite a few – when I had time and wasn’t making books – mostly in 1/32. Kitty Hawk made interesting choices, often models that are not found with other brands, such as the T-6 Harvard/Texan, F-86D Sabre Dog, OV-10 Bronco, Kingfisher or F-5 Tiger II. A model that I had a lot of fun with, was the T-28 Trojan, which I converted into a Zorro, a heavily armed version that was used during the Vietnam War.
