Mirror, mirror in the sky
A very cool version of the F-35C – the naval version of the Lightning II – was seen at Point Mugu in California recently: on top of the camouflage, a coating of mirror-like diamonds and triangles was attached, giving this stunning livery. There’s a lot of speculation online on what the function of this coating might be, but let’s wait what the officials tell us. What’s certain, is that it makes the F-35C look even cooler than it already was!
