Fastest jet around in 1/48 scale
Every now and then when a new model is announced, I get really excited. One of the most legendary jets ever built was the Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird and some years ago, Revell released a 1/48 scale kit of it, the best around. So, the news is now that the brand is about to release the B-version of the Blackbird, the trainer-variant of the fastest jet ever built. The B is a trainer version that was used in the USAF and later with the NASA. The model is 680 mm long and has a span of 355 mm. I ,really hope it will also include the engines, like the SR-71A-kit. Should grow into a really cool modelling project.
