Brand new F-16 on the horizon in 1/48 from Minibase
We recently received test-shot sprues from the upcoming F-16A from Minibase, and mightily impressed I was. The top fuselage and wings are one part with fantastic detail and even has the slightly upwards canted leading edge slats incorporated. Most of the parts are just amazing! The air intake, which is often a difficult part in the build of an F-16 is a single piece made with slide mould technology. So, not only is this a well detailed kit, it promises to be a comfortable build! I can’t wait to get my hands on a production kit and see what decals will be available. It’s a good thing I have a good reference book on the jet close-by! The kit is expected to be released by August 2026.
